The School of International Students is qualified to enroll international students of varying backgrounds to study in China with the backing of Chinese government scholarships, special scholarships offered by various ministries and commissions, Jiangsu provincial government scholarships and Nanjing municipal government scholarships. It is in charge of the enrollment, cultivation and daily management of undergraduate and postgraduate international students studying in 15 majors including auditing, accounting, economics, international trade, etc. and puts priority on the cultivation of postgraduate students studying in China under the “Chinese Government Audit Scholarship Program” of the National Audit Office and the Ministry of Education and the “Foreign Aid Training Degree Program”of the Ministry of Commerce.

留学生院具备中国政府奖学金、各部委专项奖学金、江苏省政府奖学金、南京市政府奖学金等各层次来华留学生招生资质，负责审计、会计、经济、国际贸易等15个专业的本科、硕士层次来华留学生的招生、培养和日常管理，重点承担审计署和教育部“中国政府审计奖学金项目”及商务部“援外培训学历学位项目”的来华留学硕士研究生培养。
