Professor LYU Jiangao

Profile

Professor LYU Jiangao, male, born in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, owns a doctor’s degree of philosophy. He currently serves as the review expert of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, a member of the Research Society of Jurisprudence of China Law Society, and vice president of Nanjing Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Association. He was also the former vice president of the Environmental and Resources Law Research Society of Jiangsu Law Society.

He has also headed or participated in more than 10 national and provincial or ministerial-level research programs. He was awarded second prize for his different publications respectively by Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and Jiangsu Province government.

主要从事人权法学、人工智能法学和数字纪检监察等领域的研究。先后出版各类著作近20部，发表学术论文20余篇，主持和参与各类国家、省部级项目10余项。个人独著与合著曾分别获江苏省政府哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖、教育部第八届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（人文社会科学）二等奖。
