Professor Jun Pan
Profile
Professor Jun Pan, male, a native of Yizheng, Jiangsu Province, holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from Nanjing University and completed his Postdoctoral Fellowship in Business Administration (Finance) at Renmin University of China. He is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Nanjing Audit University, serving as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Dean of the School of Accounting. He is also a Consulting Expert for the Ministry of Finance’s Government Accounting Standards Committee, a Member and Liaison of the Government and Nonprofit Accounting Committee of the Accounting Society of China (ASC), and a Lecturer at various national institutes, including the Audit Education and Training Institute of the National Audit Office, Beijing National Accounting Institute, Shanghai National Accounting Institute, and Xiamen National Accounting Institute. Professor Pan has participated in numerous audits at audit institutions, including budget execution, final accounts draft audits, and economic responsibility audit for party and government leading cadres, possessing extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience in national audit.

Research Areas
Professor Pan’s research focuses on national auditing and financial supervision, national governance and government accounting, risk management and debt auditing of local government investment and financing, budget performance management, and internal control. In recent years, he has published over 60 academic papers in journals such as Accounting Research, Auditing Research, China Audit Daily, and China Journal of Accounting Studies, and has authored one monograph. He has led several research projects, including those funded by the National Social Science Fund, key scientific research projects of the National Audit Office, key accounting research projects of the Ministry of Finance, the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Fund of the Ministry of Education, and major projects in philosophy and social sciences at universities in Jiangsu Province. Additionally, Professor Pan has undertaken multiple commissioned policy research projects for auditing, finance departments, as well as enterprises. Professor Pan has received several awards, including the Ministry of Finance's Excellent Accounting Paper Award, the National Audit Office's Model Course Award, the Ministry of Finance's Excellent Management Accounting Case Award, and the Jiangsu Province Education Research Achievement Award.

一、 基本情况
潘俊教授，男，江苏仪征人，南京大学会计学博士，中国人民大学工商管理（财务学）博士后，南京审计大学教授、博士生导师，会计学院党委副书记、副院长。财政部政府会计准则委员会咨询专家，中国会计学会政府及非营利组织会计专业委员会委员兼联络人，审计署审计干部教育学院、北京国家会计学院、上海国家会计学院、厦门国家会计学院授课教师。曾在审计机关参与预算执行和决算草案审计、党政领导干部经济责任审计项目，具备丰富的国家审计理论知识和实践经验。

1.2016.05-2019.07在中国人民大学商学院学习，博士后研究；
2.2010.09-2015.03在南京大学会计学专业学习，获博士学位；
3.2002.09-2005.06在江苏大学会计学专业学习，获硕士学位；

主要从事国家审计与财会监督、国家治理与政府会计、地方政府投融资风险管理与债务审计、预算绩效管理与内部控制等研究。近年来在《会计研究》、《审计研究》、《中国审计报》及China Journal of Accounting Studies 等发表学术论文60余篇，出版专著一部。先后主持国家社会科学基金、审计署重点科研课题、财政部全国会计重点科研课题、教育部人文社会科学研究基金、江苏高校哲学社会科学研究重大项目等研究课题，并承担多项审计部门、财政部门和企事业单位等委托的政策研究项目。曾获财政部会计学优秀论文奖、审计署审级干部教育学院精品课程、财政部管理会计优秀案例、江苏省教育研究成果奖等奖项。
