Professor Huanxiu Guo

Profile

Professor Huanxiu Guo, male, born in Beihai, Guangxi Province, owns a PhD degree of Development Economics. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Skema-Nanjing Audit University International Joint Audit Institute and serves as the Executive Director of the Belt and Road National Audit Research Center and Director of the Center for Green Economy and Finance of Nanjing Audit University.

Education

Professor Guo has obtained his Bachelor degree from Wuhan University in China and Master degree from the Centre d’Etudes et de Recherches sur le Développement International in France (CERDI-CNRS). He has obtained his PhD degree from CERDI-CNRS and served as post-doctoral researcher at Nanjing University, China and University of Sherbrooke, Canada.

Honorary Titles

Professor Guo is currently served as the Secretary-General of the Western Returned Scholars Association of Nanjing Audit University. He is also an industry specialist of green finance in Sino Green Finance Institute (Nanjing).

Research Areas

Professor Guo’s research primarily focuses on the policy and governance of global sustainable development, covering various aspects of the environment, agriculture, finance, and transportation. His works have been published in top-tier academic journals such as the Journal of Public Economics, Transportation Research Part A, Journal of Comparative Economics, Journal of Development Studies and China Economic Review. He has also served as a guest editor for Economic Modeling. He has led and participated in the Key National Research and Development Programs and research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and managed several planning and development projects for low carbon industrial parks in Jiangsu Province.

郭焕修，男，南京审计大学副教授，润泽学者。现任南审“一带一路”国家审计研究院执行院长，绿色经济与金融研究中心主任，南审欧美同学会秘书长，中研绿色金融研究院（南京）特聘行业专家。

主要研究领域为碳审计、绿色经济与金融、全球可持续发展治理。主持和参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金面上项目，以及多项江苏省低碳发展规划项目。在国际高水平经济学期刊发表论文20余篇，担任国际学术期刊匿名审稿人。多项研究成果获得省部级领导批示，获得第二届全国青年能源环境政策与管理学术会议优秀论文一等奖、江苏省哲学社会科学界第十五届学术大会优秀论文一等奖和江苏省第十六届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖三等奖、2021年江苏省绿色金融先进个人、2023年度江苏留学回国先进个人等荣誉。
