Associate professor Xu Zhang, male, owns a doctor’s degree of Law. He serves as the legal advisor of Nanjing Audit Center of Audit Office of Central Military Commission, a member of E-commerce expert database of Jiangsu Department of Commerce, invited consulting expert of Nanjing Intermediate People's Court, and director of Criminology Research Institute of Jiangsu Law Society, etc.

Research Areas

His research focuses on audit law, criminal law, regional governance and legalization. Assoc. prof. Xu has published more than 40 academic papers and presided over or participated in more than 20 research programs.He published 2 personal academic monographs. Xu has won the Jiangsu Province University Philosophy and Social Science research Achievement Award, Jiangsu Province Social Science Applied research excellent project award,etc.

一、基本情况

徐彰，男，法学博士、副教授。中央军委审计署南京审计中心法律顾问，江苏省商务厅电子商务专家库成员，南京市中级人民法院特邀咨询专家，江苏省法学会犯罪学研究会常务理事等。

2016年，东南大学毕业（获法学博士学位）

2021年，获江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师称号。

四、研究领域

主要研究方向：主要从事审计法、刑法、区域治理法治化等领域研究。近年来在《江苏社会科学》《审计与经济研究》等刊物发表学术论文40余篇，先后主持国家社科基金项目等各类课题20余项，出版个人学术专著2部。曾获江苏省高校哲学社会科学研究成果奖、江苏省社科应用研究精品工程奖等。
