I. Basic Information

Li Kun, male, Han ethnicity, born in Yizheng, Jiangsu in Octomber, 1970, acts as the dean of School of Business, NAU, professor, Postgraduate Mentor, Doctor of Management, Post-doctoral of Corporate Management of School of Business, NAU; the director of Practice Teaching Work Committee in NAU and the vice-president of School of Innovation, NAU. Professor Li Kun is a leader in “ business administration major” in the first-class major in Jiangsu Province, a responsible person for the subject of administration audit in NAU, a leader in the subject of corporate management in NAU, a responsible person for the outstanding teaching team for business administration in NAU, a researcher in key laboratory for public project audit in Jiangsu Province, a responsible person for the construction of the Management Audit, an online open course in higher institutions in Jiangsu Province, and a responsible person for the construction of Behavior Attribution Audit, a virtual and simulated experimented course in higher institutions in Jiangsu Province; a senior visiting scholar in the logistics engineering department in Universität Duisburg in Germany and a member of China Committee for Industrial Economic Green Development.

Research directions: Management audit, supervision theory, innovation of clean technology, innovation of business model, knowledge management and other field. Publish 73 papers in the authoritative academic journals like Journal of Management Science, China Industrial Economy, Journal of Knowledge Management, Scientific Research Management, Foreign Economy and Management, and 3 academic works. Preside over 2 general researches of NSFC; preside over one major project research on philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities of Jiangsu Province; preside over one humanities and social sciences research project of the Ministry of Education; preside over 10 Jiangsu Provincial Department level projects, enterprise entrusted projects and school level projects. Professor Li Kun mainly teaches the following courses: Supervision (postgraduate); Management Audit (postgraduate); Frontier of Business Administration (postgraduate); Business Model Innovation (postgraduate); Platform Business Model Innovation (postgraduate), etc.

一、 基本情况

李昆，男，1970年10月出生，汉族，江苏仪征人，南京审计大学商学院院长，教授，研究生导师，管理学博士，企业管理博士后；南京审计大学实践教学工作委员会主任，南京审计大学创业学院副院长。李昆教授为江苏省一流专业“工商管理专业”带头人；南京审计大学管理审计学科负责人；南京审计大学企业管理学科带头人；南京审计大学工商管理优秀教学团队负责人；江苏省公共工程审计重点实验室研究员；江苏省高校在线开放课程《管理审计》建设负责人；江苏省高校虚拟仿真实验课程《行为归因审计》建设负责人；德国杜伊斯堡大学物流工程系高级访问学者；中国工业经济绿色经济发展委员会成员。

研究方向为：管理审计、监管理论、清洁技术创新、商业模式创新、知识管理等领域，已经在《管理科学学报》、《中国工业经济》、《Journal of Knowledge Management》、《科研管理》、《外国经济与管理》等权威学术刊物上发表论文73篇，出版学术著作3部。主持国家自然科学基金面上研究2项；主持江苏省高校哲学社会科学重大项目研究1项；主持教育部人文社科研究1项；主持江苏省厅级课题、企业委托课题以及校级课题研究10项。李昆教授讲授课程主要有：监管学（研究生）；管理审计（研究生）；工商管理问题前沿（研究生）；商业模式创新（研究生）；平台商业模式创新（研究生）等。
