September 1990 - July 1994, graduated from Statistics in Nanjing University of Finance and Economics with Bachelor's Degree;

September 1996 - July 1999, majoring in Agricultural Economics and Management in Nanjing Agricultural University with Master's Degree in Management;

September 2008 - June 2011, majoring in Political Economy in Nanjing University with Doctor's Degree in Economics;

IV. Research Fields and Achievements

He is mainly engaged in the research of national governance and national audit. In recent years, he has focused on the field of resource and environmental audit. He presided over the National Social Science Fund, the Humanities and Social Science Fund of the Ministry of Education, the key projects of the National Audit Office, and the projects of Philosophy and Social Fund in Jiangsu colleges and universities. He has published more than 50 academic papers in Guangming Daily (Theoretical Edition), Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Auditing Research, China Public Administration and other journals, 16 of which have been reprinted by Renmin University of China as copy materials, and reprinted by Finance and Accounting Guide, and Audit Digest. He has published monographs and participated in the compilation of nearly ten textbooks. Research results: He has won third prize of outstanding achievements of philosophy and social science of Nanjing (2016), third prize of outstanding paper of Chinese Society for Audit in National Audit Office (2016), third prize of outstanding achievements of philosophy and social science of Jiangsu Province (2014), second prize of outstanding achievements of philosophy and social science of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (2014), third prize of outstanding research achievements in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province (2014, 2016), second prize of Jiangsu social science applied research excellent project (2016), third prize of teaching management research association excellent paper in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province (2012), first prize of Jiangsu social science applied research excellent project (2019) and other awards. He went to Nanjing Municipal Audit Bureau for temporary training and participated in the audit projects of ecological environment protection and economic responsibility. The audit reports he wrote were approved by the mayor and deputy mayor of Nanjing City. He was responsible for the completion of the policy advisory report, and the opinions put forward were adopted by the Nanjing Municipal Government; a number of research results have become important reference and basis for government departments to make decisions.

四、研究领域及成果

主要从事国家治理与国家审计研究，近年来专注资源环境审计领域。主持国家社会科学基金、教育部人文社会科学基金、审计署重点课题、江苏高校哲社基金项目等；在《光明日报》（理论版）《会计研究》《审计研究》《中国行政管理》等杂志公开发表学术论文50多篇，16篇被人大复印资料《财务与会计导刊》《审计文摘》转载；出版专著参编教材近十部；研究成果获南京市哲学社会科学优秀成果奖三等奖（2016）、审计署中国审计学会优秀论文三等奖（2016）、江苏省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖三等奖（2014）、广西壮族自治区哲学社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖（2014）、江苏省高校哲学社会科学研究优秀成果三等奖（2014，2016）、江苏社科应用研究精品工程二等奖（2016）、江苏省高校教学管理研究会优秀论文三等奖（2012）、江苏社科应用研究精品工程一等奖（2019）等奖励。到南京市审计局挂职锻炼，参与生态环境保护和经济责任审计项目，撰写的审计报告得到南京市市长和副市长的肯定性批示；主笔完成政策咨询报告，提出的观点被南京市政府部门采纳；多项研究成果成为政府部门决策的重要参考和依据。
