II. Educational Background

2003.03 - 2009.01   Ph.D in Management in Management Science and Engineering in School of Economics and Management of Southeast University;

2005.11 - 2006.04   Further study in Theory and Practice of Performance Auditing Project of the National Audit Office of the P.R.C in University of Canberra, Australia for half a year; 

2009.09   Attended Training Program of Nanyang Technological University and Chartered Institute of Technology;

2012.10 to 2013.10   Further study of Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, U.S for one year sponsored by the Overseas Research Fund for the first batch of young and middle-aged backbone teachers of Jiangsu Province.

The 3rd Outstanding Scientific Worker of Philosophy and Social Science in Jiangsu Province in 2004. 

IV. Research Fields

Mainly engaged in audit information engineering, including audit risk decision-making and information system audit etc.

As the project director, he has undertaken and completed 2 National Natural Science Fund projects and more than 10 provincial and department-level key research funds. Composed and published more than 20 research papers. Served as the director of the Key Laboratory of Jiangsu Province, completed the construction of the Key Laboratory of Audit Information Engineering, and led the team to provide high-quality academic support for the application and evaluation of several sibling laboratories and research bases. Have rich experience in the construction and operation of research laboratories.

As the leader of the sub-projects, he has participated in the research of major scientific research projects hosted by the National Audit Office on behalf of Nanjing Audit University for multiple times, including Golden Audit Project, national 863 project, national scientific and technological support project and so on, and has undertaken the practical research of audit of many information systems.

As the head of the Scientific Research Department of the University and the deputy director of the Graduate Department for more than ten years, he has unique understanding and experience in the management of scientific research and the cultivation and stimulation of graduate. students. He once taught Computer Auditing Frontier and Evaluation of Information System Internal Control and IT Audit to 20 masters in Auditing jointly organized by Nanjing University, which were well received by the students.

He was employed as the postgraduate mentor of the Regional Economic and Industrial Cluster Research Center of Southeast University, and guided 3 students in their research in the national fund projects, and delivered a lecture in English on Computer Audit Research in China for Training Course for Senior Audit Officials in Asia, Africa and Latin America of the National Audit Office.

He has been abroad for many times as visiting scholar in famous international universities, and has accumulated rich experience in international cooperative research. He has in-depth understanding of research field selection, tool utilization and the economy, culture and lifestyle in developed countries.

     二、学习经历
     2003.03-2009.01，东南大学经济管理学院管理科学与工程专业，获管理学博士；
     2005.11-2006.04，赴澳大利亚堪培拉大学参加国家审计署为期半年的绩效审计理论与实践项目的访学；
     2009.09，参加新加坡南洋理工大学和特许公认学院培训；
     2012.10-2013.10，月受江苏省首批中青年骨干教师境外研究基金资助，赴美国约翰斯•霍普金斯大学Carey商学院访学一年。
     三、荣誉称号
     2004年第三届江苏省优秀哲学社会科学工作者。
     四、研究领域
     主要从事审计信息工程，包含审计风险决策与信息系统审计等方向的研究。
     作为项目主持人，承担并完成了2项国家自然科学基金项目，十多项省部（厅）级重点科研基金。撰写并发表科研论文20余篇。担任江苏省重点实验室主任，完成了“审计信息工程重点实验室”的建设任务，并带领团队为多个兄弟实验室和研究基地的申报和评审提供高质量的学术支持，在科研实验室的建设和运营方面，有丰富的经验。
     作为子课题负责人，多次代表南京审计学院参与国家审计署主持的包括“金审工程”、国家“863”课题、国家科技支撑项目等等重大科研项目的研究，承担了其中多个信息系统审计方面的实践研究。
     担任十多年的学校科研处负责人并兼任研究生处副处长，对科研的管理、研究生的培育和激励有着独到的理解和经验。曾给南京大学合办的20名审计学硕士研究生上《计算机审计前沿》和《信息系统内部控制测评和IT审计》，受到学生的欢迎。
     受聘为东南大学区域经济与产业集群研究中心硕士研究生导师，指导3名学生参加国家基金项目的研究。曾给审计署“亚非拉高级审计官员培训班”开《中国计算机审计研究》全英文讲座。
     多次出国在国际著名大学访学，积累了丰富的国际合作科研的经验。对发达国家的科研领域选择、工具使用乃至经济、文化和生活方式都有较深的理解。
