Professor Wang Shihong, female, born in 1971, owns a doctoral and post-doctoral degree in Management and is acting as the deputy director of the School of Government Audit, NAU.

September 2001-July 2004: Master’s degree of Management, major in Accounting, Tinjin University of Finance and Economics

September 2006-July 2009: Doctoral degree of Management, major in Business Management, Nanjing University Business School

Research Areas

Prof. Wang’s fields of research are mainly government audit and internal audit. She presided over an ongoing research program supported by the National Natural Science Foundation, and finished the program, “Research on Human Resource Auditing, and Its Governance Mechanism”, one financed by the National Social Science Foundation (14BGL074).She presided over Humanities and Social Science project of Ministry of Education (10YJC630247). She was also in charge of a national postdoctoral research project (2013M531335) and a provincial postdoctoral research project (1201052C) and a program under Jiangsu’s Department of Education (2012SJB630043). She has participated in key and general programs funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, and other provincial and departmental research projects. More than 20 of her academic papers have been published on Accounting Research, Science Research Management, Chinese Public Administration, Auditing Research, and other journals.

1991年9月- 1995年7月，四川大学英语专业学习，本科毕业，获文学学士学位；

2001年9月- 2004年7月，天津财经大学会计学专业学习，获管理学硕士学位；

2006年9月-2009年7月，南京大学商学院工商管理专业学习，博士研究生毕业，获管理学博士学位；

2012年1月-至今，南京大学政府管理学院博士后研究；

2006年10-12月，澳大利亚昆士兰科技大学学习；

2010年5月-10月，美国圣何塞大学访学。

三、荣誉称号

2014年，获得南京审计学院校长奖教金提名奖；

2013年，获得南京审计学院教学质量奖；

2012年，获得南京审计学院教学质量奖。

四、研究领域及成果

主要从事政府审计、内部审计等领域的研究；主持国家自然科学基金一项（在研）；主持国家社科基金项目一项“公共部门人力资源审计及其治理机制研究”（14BGL074）,主持完成了教育部人文社科课题一项 (10YJC630247)（已经结项）；主持中国博士后课题一项（2013M531335）；主持江苏省博士后课题一项(1201052C)；主持江苏省教育厅项目一项（2012SJB630043）；参与多项国家自然基金重大项目、国家自然基金面上项目及省部级课题的研究。在《会计研究》《科研管理》《中国行政管理》《审计研究》等刊物发表学术论文20多篇。
