一、基本情况
钟飚，男，汉族，中共党员，哲学博士，美国会计学会AAA会员，公安部部颁标准专家委员，国家审计署部颁标准专家委员。
主要研究方向：内部审计、环境审计(气候变化与碳减排)、大数据审计、地理信息系统GIS。

二、学习经历
1994-1998，北京林业大学信息管理专业毕业，获工学学士学位。
1998-2001，北京林业大学研究生毕业，获工学硕士学位。
2005-2010，美国路易斯安娜州立大学博士研究生毕业，获哲学博士学位。

Professor Zhong Biao
Profile
Professor Zhong Biao, male, a CPC member, owns a doctoral degree of philosophy. He is a member to American Accounting Association (AAA), and an expert member to committees of professional standards of the Ministry of Public Security and the National Audit Office. His research includes internal audit, environmental audit (climate change and carbon emission reduction), big data audit and Geographic Information System (GIS).

Achievements
Professor Zhong has participated in 3 research projects in the US, managed 2 provincial projects (completed), and carried out multiple audit programs of CNAO. He also teaches the following courses (some in English): Environmental audit, Fixed Asset Investment Audit，Audit Frontier and Practice, the Basics of Database, Audit and Assurance Service，Management Information System, New Technologies of Auditing, Emerging Auditing Technology, IT Auditing, Management Information System(MIS), Financial Markets and Institutions. Besides, he teaches Consumer Computer Applications in Intentional Joint Audit College, NAU.

2012: Social security auditing in CNAO Computer Center under China’s Golden Auditing Project
2013: CNAO’s Commissioner Office work, including mineral resource auditing of Hubei province, environmental auditing, government debt auditing of Jiangxi province, the governor’s economic responsibility auditing, and economic responsibility auditing of the president of Agricultural Development Bank of China (financial auditing)
2016: CNAO’s Commissioner Office work, mainly on natural resource and economic responsibility auditing
2019—2020: auditing of the digitalized audit platform for the audit department of a central state-owned enterprise
