一、基本情况
陈希晖，男，河北沧州人，管理学博士、副教授。审计学术硕士导师、审计专业硕士导师，国家审计研究院政府绩效审计研究中心副主任，国际注册内部审计师协会（IIA）会员、中国会计学会高级会员、中国审计学会会员。

二、学习经历
1995年，中国矿业大学会计学本科毕业（获管理学学士）；
1998年，中国矿业大学会计学研究生毕业（获经济学硕士）；
2014年，东南大学管理科学与工程研究生毕业（获管理学博士）；
2008年3月-2009年1月，审计署驻上海特派办挂职锻炼；
2018年，南加州大学马歇尔商学院访问学者。
三、研究领域及成果
主要从事审计与组织治理、绩效与资源环境审计、审计准则与法规、公司治理与财务等领域的研究；主持完成审计署重点科研课题1项、省社会科学基金项目1项、省教育厅高校哲学社会科学基金3项、省社科应用研究精品工程1项、校级科研教改课题7项，完成上海审计学会、山东审计科研所、江苏省援疆指挥部课题各1项，作为主要成员参与完成国家级、省部级科研项目十多项；在《中国行政管理》、《审计研究》《中国社会科学报》等刊物发表学术论文100余篇，其中，27篇论文被《新华文摘》、人大复印资料《审计文摘》《财务与会计导刊》《财会文摘》等转载；撰写的论文获得省哲学社会科学界优秀论文二等奖（2018、2012）、三等奖（2011），审计署科研所优秀论文二等奖（2009）、三等奖（2006），南京市科协优秀论文奖（2007），校级优秀科研成果三等奖（2004），《财务与会计导刊》征文优秀论文奖（2004）等奖项；出版学术著作3部（参著）。主编教材1部，参编教材6部。

Profile
Associate Professor Chen Xihui, male, born in Cangzhou, Hebei Province, owns a doctoral degree of management. Mr. Chen, a supervisor for both professional and academic master’s degree programs in auditing, serves as Deputy Director of the Government Performance Auditing Research Center under the National Audit Research Institute of Nanjing Audit University. He is also a member to the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Accounting Society of China, and China Audit Society.

Research Areas and Achievements
Associate Professor Chen focuses on the research on auditing and internal control, performance and resource environment audit, auditing standards, laws and regulations, enterprise internal control and financial management, etc. He has managed and completed multiple research programs, including a key program for National Audit Office of China (CNAO), one financed by Social Science Fund of Jiangsu Province, three by Jiangsu Education Department’s Philosophy of Social Sciences Fund for Universities, one under the social science application research program of Jiangsu Province, seven research and teaching programs of Nanjing Audit University, and three programs respectively for Shanghai Society of Audit, Shandong Institute of Audit, and Jiangsu Command and Control Center for Assistance to Xinjiang. He has completed a dozen of national and provincial research programs as a major participant. He has published more than 100 academic papers on Chinese Public Administration, Auditing Research, Chinese Social Science Today, etc., 27 of which were republished on Xinhua Wenzhai, Audit Digest, Finance and Accounting Guide, and Finance and Accounting Digest of Renmin University of China. He has won the second prize in 2018 and 2012 and the third prize in 2011 for Distinguished Paper Award of Philosophy and Social Science Circle of Jiangsu Province, the second prize in 2009 and the third prize in 2006 for Distinguished Paper Award of CNAO’s Audit Research Institute, Distinguished Paper Award of Nanjing Association for Science and Technology in 2007, the third prize in 2004 for NAU’s Science Research Famous Achievement Award, and Distinguished Paper Award in the research paper competition organized by Finance and Accounting Guide. He published three books (as a co-author), compiled a coursebook (as the leading compiler) and participated in the compilation of 6 coursebooks.
Associate Professor Chen was assessed as a distinguished employee in 2008, 2010, 2013, 2015 and 2020, and a distinguished official during the assessment period from 2010 to 2013. The university conferred on him the Young Backbone Teacher Award in 2007, and the Teaching Achievement Award respectively in 2017 and 2021.
