Chen Xihui, male, from Cangzhou, Hebei Province, Doctor of Management, professor, and master's supervisor. Deputy Director of the Government Performance Audit Research Center of the National Institute of Audit Research, Member of the Institute of Certified Internal Auditors (IIA), Senior Member of the Chinese Accounting Society, Member of the Chinese Audit Society, and Vice President of the Xuzhou Audit Society.

March 2008 - January 2009, National Audit Office Shanghai Special Commissioner's Office for Internship;

Visiting Scholar at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, USA in 2018.

3.Research Areas and achievements

Mainly engaged in research in areas such as performance and resource and environmental auditing, international auditing comparison, auditing standards and regulations, and national auditing theory and practice; Led and completed a number of provincial and ministerial-level projects, participated as a core member in 12 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects, and led 12 horizontal projects; More than 120 academic papers have been published in journals such as Chinese Public Administration, Audit Research, and China Social Sciences Today. Among them, 30 papers have been reprinted in Xinhua Digest and Renmin University Reprint materials. The research papers and audit cases he wrote have won awards many times.

陈希晖，男，河北沧州人，管理学博士、教授，硕士生导师。国家审计研究院政府绩效审计研究中心副主任，国际注册内部审计师协会（IIA）会员、中国会计学会高级会员、中国审计学会会员、徐州市审计学会副会长。

二、学习经历

2014年，东南大学，管理学博士；

2008年3月-2009年1月，审计署驻上海特派办挂职锻炼；

2018年，美国南加州大学马歇尔商学院访问学者。

三、研究领域及成果

主要从事绩效与资源环境审计、国际审计比较、审计准则与法规、国家审计理论与实务等领域的研究；主持完成省部级以上课题多项，作为核心成员参与完成省部级以上科研项目12项，主持完成横向课题12项；在《中国行政管理》、《审计研究》《中国社会科学报》等刊物发表学术论文120多篇，其中，30篇论文被《新华文摘》、人大复印报刊资料转载；撰写的研究论文、审计案例多次获奖。
