河南学习实践报告

首先，我要对中华人民共和国提供给我在中国学习的奖学金表示衷心的感谢。我还要感谢审计署和南京审计大学为我们提供了前往河南省的学习之旅。我认为这是我人生中最重要的时刻之一，因为我在兰考县和河南省其他地区所学到和所见到的东西非常有意义。本报告介绍了中国政府在焦裕禄模范和其他官员的帮助下如何在兰考县扶贫脱贫；审计署成功开展的扶贫审计和跟踪审计以及文化和遗产保护方面的应用。

学习之旅观察

我感受到焦裕禄在兰考县所做的积极变革和贡献。他努力彻底改变兰考县的面貌，他立誓：“拼上老命大干一场，决心改变兰考面貌”。他忠于自己的誓言，开始在全县范围内进行艰苦、全面的地理、生态和气象调查。焦裕禄致力于与经济落后作斗争，他动员当地居民共同应对贫瘠的自然条件。他通过种植泡桐树，为兰考县从严重贫困中走出来做出了积极的贡献，改变了许多人的生活，并提高了对国家的经济贡献。

焦裕禄“亲民爱民、艰苦奋斗、科学求实、迎难而上、无私奉献”的精神给了我很大启发。这种精神一直激励着我，如果我们有像焦裕禄这样的人在扶贫斗争中保持这种精神，我们就能战胜贫困。

我对中华人民共和国和审计署成功应用扶贫审计和跟踪审计表示赞赏，这些审计在扶贫斗争中发挥了积极的作用。我亲眼目睹了兰考审计局在扶贫审计中的100％推荐实施。我从扶贫审计和跟踪审计中学到的知识将在我的国家最高审计机构（马拉维）中得以采用。

当我参观徐场村时，我感受到那些家庭创业的喜悦。有82家传统乐器工坊，生产20多种和30多个系列的古筝、古琴、琵琶、扬琴等产品。我了解到，乐器加工业已吸收了150多名贫困人口到工厂工作，平均每人每月收入超过3000元。这确实彻底消除了该村的贫困，如果全球采取相同的扶贫策略目标，世界将像中国一样变得更加美好。

当我参观开封清明上河园时，我度过了难忘的时光。我亲眼见证了中国如何保护其文化和遗产。我见证了传统的婚礼仪式、传统舞蹈和骑马比赛等等。确实，中国正在保护其文化和遗产，并没有受到西方文化的影响。

我从这次研学之旅中所学到的知识和经验将真正改变我的思想，使我的国家受益。如果全世界有像焦裕禄那样有决心的人，采用中国的扶贫战略目标以及扶贫审计和跟踪审计的应用，那么世界将像中国一样成为一个结束贫困的更好的地方。

REPORT ON STUDY TRIP FROM HENAN PROVINCE

Firstly, I want to express my warm gratitude to the People’s Republic of China for offering me a scholarship to study in China. I also want to express my appreciation to the management of China National Audit Office and Nanjing Audit University to provide a study trip tour to Henan Province. I take this opportunity as the most significant in my life in term of what I learnt and saw in Lankao County and the entire parts of Henan province. This report provide how the Chinese government with the assistance from model official- Jiao Yulu defeated poverty in Lankao county, the successful application of poverty alleviation audit and Real time audit conducted by China National Audit Office, and culture and heritage reservations.

STUDY TOUR OBSERVATIONS

I am very expressed with the positive transformations and contributions of Jiao Yulu what he did in Lankao county as it to the present. Striving to thoroughly reshape Lankao’s physiognomy, he vowed, “I would stick at nothing and fight to accomplish it even at the cost of my life”. Being faithful to his oath, he set out to conduct a markedly expensive spectrum of geographical, ecological, and meteorological surveys in the country. Jiao Yulu devoted his energies to fight economic backwardness. He mobilized the local residents to contend with the poor natural conditions. He positively transform Lankao county from serious poverty, changing the lives of many people and boosting the economical contribution to the People’s Republic of China through the plantation of paulownia trees which have the economic significant for making soundboard for musical instruments, just mention few.

I like one of Jiao’s rules of behavior is, “Always strive to think logically and fulfill my duty faithfully, practically, and sensibly”, the spirit of determination. If we have such kind of people like Jial Yulu‘s spirit in fight against poverty, I hope the world could have been a better place to conquer poverty.

I give my credit to the People’s Republic of China through China National Audit Office’s successful application of Poverty Alleviation Audit and Real Time Audit which have the have positive impact in fighting against poverty. This type of audits have pray a significant roles in fight against poverty in Lankao County. I have witnessed myself that the Linkao Audit Bureau’s recommendations were 100% implemented in Poverty Alleviation Audit. The knowledge I learnt from Poverty Alleviation Audit and Real Time Audit, will adopt it in my country Supreme Audit Institution (Malawi).

I was much expressed when I visited to Xuchang village to saw how the households returning to start business. There are 82 family workshops for traditional musical instruments, with 20 varieties and over 30 series of products of guzheng, quqin, pipa, yangqin etc. I learnt that the musical instrument processing industry has absorbed over 150 impoverished individuals to work in factories, with an average monthly income of over 3000 yuan per person. This really completely ending poverty in the village and if the same poverty alleviation strategy goals are globally practiced, the world could have been a better place like China.

I had memorable time when I visited Millennium City Park in Kaifeng. I witnessed myself how Chinese reserve their culture and heritage. I witnessed the traditional marriage ceremony, traditional dancing, and horse riding fights, just mention few. Indeed China reserving its culture and heritage and is not influenced with the western cultures.

The knowledge and experience which I learnt from this study tour will really transform my thinking capacity for the benefit of my country. If the world, we have people with the spirit of Jiao Yulu, adopt Chinese poverty alleviation strategic goals, and the application of poverty alleviation audit and real time audit,   the world would have been a better place to end poverty like China.
