4月24日，我们乘坐高铁从南京前往目的地——河南兰考。在当地政府的热情欢迎下，我们按照日程安排参加了开班仪式，并惊叹于兰考人民为改变历史所作出的努力。
河南是中华文明和华夏文化的发源地，是一个拥有丰富传统、文化信仰和文化遗产的地方。这里文化多元、兼容并包，不管从历史博物馆、纪念碑，还是当今的建筑、乐器、食品等都可以体现出来。
如果没有焦裕禄，难以想象兰考今天所取得的巨大成就。我为他感到自豪，中国人民珍视他为祖国所做的一切，并将其作为历史永恒流传下去，培养爱国主义精神。他的一生虽然短暂，但非常辉煌！
之后，我们听取了关于财务审计、扶贫审计和审计监督等方面的讲座：其中包括预算实施的审计、重要政策实施的跟踪审计、高级官员的经济责任审计、地方债务风险审计以及公共财政领域重大违规的调查等方面的内容。
这些经验分享非常有现实意义，尤其是演讲中提到的一些问题也引起了我的关注。因为在我们的蒙古国，最近几年失业率飙升，贫困人口数量正在增加。这是由于政府缺乏有效的扶贫政策、缺乏产业支持和缺乏创造就业机会等因素造成的。
近年来，基于开放的沟通，河南省已建立了海、陆、空、互联网的“四合一”运输走廊体系，成为“一带一路”重要枢纽。
习近平主席在博鳌亚洲论坛上的讲话解释了中国的新时代，提出了共创未来的新倡议，展示了中国改革开放的决心，并开启了新的未来。在改革开放的浪潮中，河南省将支持“一带一路”发展，并创造一个对各方开放的新环境，为国内外发展创造更多的机会。
据了解，截至目前，河南省与200多个国家和地区保持贸易关系，全球500强企业中有一半在这里设立总部。
在我看来，河南省是中国改革开放政策所取得卓越成就的集中体现。

My impression of visiting Henan province, China
We travelled by high-speed rail from Nanjing to our destination on the first day of our trip. Following a cordial welcome from the local authorities, we enjoyed the opening ceremony following the schedule and were amazed at the number of people whose efforts in Henan Province had changed the course of history.
Henan is the birthplace of the Chinese and Hua Xia cultures and is a place of rich heritage, traditions, and cultural beliefs. This can be seen in history museums, monuments, buildings, and structures that represent the civilization of the time, musical instruments, food products, etc.
In particular, it seemed impossible to imagine the province without the creation of Jiao Yulu. I was grateful and proud on his behalf that the Chinese nation appreciated everything he did for the motherland and was able to perpetuate it as history in future generations and instil a sense of patriotism. He had a brilliant, though brief, life!
Henan Province, a city that has established the legacy of the concentrated and peaceful coexistence of cultures from every direction, is historically the birthplace of Chinese culture.
Presentations on Financial Audit, Poverty Reduction Audit, and Auditing Oversight for China's Path to Modernization: In this, there are audits of how the budget is implemented, real-time audits of how important policies are implemented, audits of the economic accountability of top officials, audits of local debt risks, and investigations of significant violations in the field of public finance.
The topic presentations looked more engaging as they were based on real-world examples and how they were put into practice. Some of the issues should be paid attention to in our country, so it was a good experience to pay attention to new implementations and get new ideas.
For example, the presentation about the poverty reduction audit in China attracted my attention. Because in the case of our Mongolian State, unemployment has been rampant in recent years, and the number of poor people is increasing. This is due to many factors, such as the government's lack of effective poverty reduction policies, lack of industry support, and lack of job creation.
In recent years, based on open communication, Henan Province has established the Four Convergence transport corridor system of sea, land, air, and Internet, and has become an important transit point of the Belt and Road Initiative.
President Xi Jinping's speech at Bo-Ao's Asia Summit explained the new era of China, put forward a new initiative to create a future together, announced the expansion of events, showed China's reforms, and opened a new future, and China has a whole world. He emphasized that he is confident to work together and win together. He also said that he believes that with the wind of change and reform, Henan Province will support the development of the One Belt One Initiative and create a new environment open to all sides, and will encourage the creation of more opportunities for China and foreign countries.
As of now, Henan Province maintains trade ties with more than 200 nations and regions, and half of the top 500 companies in the world have their headquarters here.
In my opinion, the province of Henan has witnessed the remarkable success of China's reform and opening-up policies firsthand.
