NAU Leaders and Foreign Students Celebrate Chinese New Year
2月1日上午，国际文化交流学院张灯结彩，喜气洋洋，处处洋溢着新年的气氛，校长刘旺洪、副校长俞安平与80余位春节期间留校留学生欢聚一堂，共贺新春佳节。
On the morning of February 1, President Liu Wanghong, Vice President Yu Anping and more than 80 foreign students gathered together to celebrate the Chinese Near Year.
刘旺洪校长代表学校向寒假留校的留学生拜年，勉励大家作为南京审计大学培养的高端经济类专门人才，作为中国和世界的文化使者、和平使者，要为中国、为世界的繁荣进步与和平发展贡献自己的力量。为世界的和平与发展，一同推动打造一个互利互信、合作共赢、责任共担、利益共享的“人类命运共同体”。同时，刘校长也希望大家利用寒假留校的机会，能在学习、科研工作之余，多走走，多看看，感受中国年俗文化，多多结交中国朋友，发现中国故事，过好中国新年！
On behalf of the school, President Liu Wanghong extended new year greetings to the international students who had stayed in the school for the winter holiday. He encouraged everyone as the high-end economic professionals trained by Nanjing Audit University, to be cultural emissaries and messengers of peace between China and the world, to make own contribution to the prosperity, progress and peaceful development of China and the world. At the same time, President Liu also hoped that international students can take advantage of the opportunity of staying in school during the winter vacation, in addition to study and scientific research work, to walk more, experience more, feel more Chinese custom culture, make more Chinese friends, discover Chinese stories, and have a good Chinese New Year!
随后刘校长为留校留学生送上新春贺卡，俞校长为他们送上新年红包，留学生也用中文一起向校领导回以新春祝福。
President Liu then sent New Year greeting cards to the students, president Yu sent them red envelopes, students also returned to the university leadership with New Year wishes in Chinese.
不少留学生是第一次在中国过新年，他们表示虽然离家万里，却依然体会到了家的温暖，感受到南审师生的浓浓情意，一定不会辜负大好时光，利用留校机会，奋发拼搏，勤奋钻研。
Many international students are spending the Chinese New Year in China for the first time. They say that although they are thousands of miles away from home, they still feel the warmth of home and the warmth of the teachers and students of NAU.
学校在春节期间为留校留学生提供多方位的扶助，持续温暖着留学生的心。为了让他们过一个安全、温馨的春节，学校制定了详细的工作方案，积极联动协调各部门单位，保卫部、总务委员会、国际文化交流学院都有专人值班，保障留校留学生的学习生活。
During the Spring Festival period, NAU provides many-sided support to the international students who stay in campus, which warms their hearts continuously. In order to enable them to have a safe and warm Spring Festival, NAU has formulated a detailed work plan and coordinated with all departments. The Security Department, the Health Center, the Residential Management Department, and School of International Exchange all have personnel on duty to ensure international students’ campus life.
