为切实保障国际学生的住宿安全，9月29日至30日，国际文化交流学院会同学校宿管科开展了安全隐患排查和整改工作，对澄园国际学生公寓进行了安全卫生大检查。此次检查主要针对寝室公共区域消防、用电用水设施、国际学生居住情况、宿舍安全卫生等方面开展。
From September 29th to September 30th, School of International Exchange (SIE) joined hands with NAU Dormitory Department in carrying out apartment security check among the international students, which focused on fire safety, sanitation condition, and the residence of international students in campus.
9月29日上午，国际文化交流学院召开宿舍安全工作专题会议，会议要求分管各项目的国际学生辅导员提高思想意识，对国际学生进行日常宿舍消防安全教育，并对潜在的宿舍安全问题进行全面排查。
On the morning of September 29th, SIE held a meeting themed at international students apartment security issue. The meeting emphasized the importance of fire security education and routine inspections.
检查小组对各楼宇的消防设施设备以及配电系统设备进行了全面检查，确保各项设施完好。认真细致地检查了国际学生宿舍的每个角落，对宿舍中存在的不足提出了整改意见，对寝室内使用大功率电器、乱拉电线等安全隐患进行了排查和清理。在检查过程中，检查小组成员与同学们在生活方面进行亲切交流，宣传了宿舍安全注意事项，叮嘱同学们必须要遵守学校规定，不在寝室内使用电饭锅、电磁炉等大功率用电器，在公共自炊间做饭时要保证安全卫生。对于在检查中反映出来的问题，检查小组要求公寓及住宿学生立即进行整改。
The inspection group made an overall check of fire-fighting facilities in international students apartment, and ruled out security risks in students’ dormitory such as high-power electrical appliances and chaos wiring. During security check, inspection group members expressed their great concerns and expectations for the students. International students are expected to guard against fire, keep the room clean and tidy, and use the public facilities properly.
“安全工作无小事”，国际文化交流学院已实行国际学生公寓值班日常化，安排值班人员每天对学生公寓进行安全巡查。根据学院制定的《南京审计大学国际学生公寓管理条例》，《南京审计大学国际学生社区自炊间管理条例》等相关规定，明确了国际学生在宿舍的行为规范，维护国际学生公寓正常的生活秩序。在今后的工作中，国际文化交流学院将继续加大安全管理工作力度，为所有国际学生提供安全、舒适的住宿环境。
Security is of vital importance and is always among the top of international students work list. SIE conducts routine inspections of the apartment with staffs on duty everyday. Relevant regulations such as Nanjing Audit University Apartment Regulations for International Students and Nanjing Audit University Regulations on Management of Self-catering Room specify proper conducts of international students in the apartment to ensure the normal order of the apartment of international students. In the future, SIE will continue to strengthen the management of the apartment of international students so as to provide a safe and comfortable accommodation environment for all international students.
