3月9日下午3:00，国际文化交流学院召开行政工作交流会。学院全体人员参加了会议。

On March 9th, School of International Exchange (SIE) held a meetingon administrative work in SIE Assembly Room. All the faculty members of SIE participated in the meeting. 

今年年初，学校对原有各职能部门进行重组调整。原国际文化交流学院（国际学院）和党政办外事办公室合署办公，成立了新的国际文化交流学院。本次行政工作交流会也是新国际文化交流学院成立以来的第二次全体会议，有关同志以PPT汇报工作内容和提问相结合的形式展开。

 NAU had a departmental reconstruction earlier this year. The newly reconstructed School of International Exchange (SIE), incorporated with Foreign Affairs Office, has more functions as an integrated department handling international affairs on the university level. The meeting was held intending to facilitate mutual understanding and cooperation among the faculty. The meeting focused on work presentation followed by Q&A session.

葛晟副院长首先就原外事办公室的外事工作做了简要汇报，结合学校整体的国际化发展目标，提出了学院近期的外事工作重点，要创新合作办学模式，推进EQUIS商科国际认证，打造国际审计交流平台。

Deputy Dean Mr. Ge Sheng first made a presentation on the work of foreign affairs and proposed work focus in the new semester.

王子云副院长就我校留学生相关工作的现状、问题及建议对策进行汇报。通过回顾我校留学生工作发展历程，剖析留学生历年数据，总结了留学生在教学、学籍、生活管理等方面的经验，指出了相关问题，并就相关问题提出相应对策供大家讨论，明确了留管工作的努力方向。

Deputy Dean Mr. Wang Ziyun reviewed NAU international students work and pointed out current situation, as well as future directions in international students management.

外事办公室徐菲科长就因公出国、外事接待、专业外教、合作办学等工作的具体流程进行介绍。国际学生管理办公室杨艳科长通过生动详实的案例介绍了来华留学生从入学报道，入学教育到日常教育管理各个环节的工作。合作办学办公室张燕妮科长介绍了科室承办的多个境外合作交流项目。国际学生班主任汤晓云老师着重介绍了外籍教师聘用管理情况、国际学生班主任管理工作、国际学生校内外活动情况以及承担的中国文化课程教学情况。

After that, faculty representatives from each branch of SIE made presentations on their respective work.

工作汇报后，参会人员纷纷提问并共同探讨。通过这次工作汇报会，加深了大家对相互工作的了解，为学院今后的发展打下了良好的基础。

Based on the presentation, participants raised questions and had a thorough discussion over issues of common concern. This meeting lays a solid foundation for the functioning and development of the new department.
