People coming (returning) to Nanjing:近期，国内多个省份发生聚集性疫情，受部分省市疫情外溢影响，我市持续报告本土新冠肺炎确诊病例和无症状感染者，防控形势严峻复杂。奥密克戎毒株传播能力更强、潜伏期更短，给防控工作带来更大难度。为筑牢疫情“外防输入、内防反弹”防线，最大限度保护您和家人的身体健康，现就来（返）宁有关事项提醒如下：Recently, Covid-19 cluster infections have occurred in several provinces in China. Affected by the spillover of Covid-19 in some provinces and cities, confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections were reported in Nanjing continuously. Therefore, we are facing a grim and complex situation of epidemic prevention and control. The Omicron strains feature higher transmission capacity and shorter incubation period, bringing more difficulty to the prevention and control work. In order to strengthen the defense line of preventing imported cases and domestic resurgence of the virus, and to protect the health of you and your family to the maximum extent, we hereby remind you of the following matters if you plan to come (return) to Nanjing:一、来（返）宁，应报备。省外来（返）宁人员，以及近期有高低风险区旅居史的来（返）宁人员，请您提前通过“来（返）宁人员信息申报系统”登记信息，主动向所在单位、社区或入住的酒店宾馆报备。此外，来（返）宁需凭48小时内核酸检测阴性证明乘坐交通工具。1. For those coming (returning) to Nanjing, please report your travel information. For those coming (returning) to Nanjing from other provinces and those with a history of travelling to high or low-risk areas recently, it is required to register through the “Information Reporting System for People Returning to Nanjing” in advance, and report to your employer, community or hotel. In addition, when taking public transport, you need to show a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.二、来（返）宁，守规定。抵宁后，请您及时主动配合“落地检”及健康监测，按规定频次开展核酸检测。如您是从省外来（返）宁的，需进行3天健康监测，在抵达我市的首站进行一次核酸“落地检”，前三天内每天进行一次核酸检测（3天3检）；如您是从本省外市来（返）宁的，需在12小时内开展一次核酸检测，在宁不超过3天的，再开展一次核酸检测，超过3天的按要求参加常态化区域核酸检测；如您在7日内有国内高风险地区旅居史，请主动报备、配合查验，并按照要求落实闭环管控措施。2. For those coming (returning) to Nanjing, please abide by the regulations. Upon arrival, please cooperate in “testing on arrival” and health monitoring in time, and take nucleic acid tests according to the prescribed frequency. If you are coming (returning) to Nanjing from other province, you need to carry out health monitoring for 3 days. At the first station of arrival in Nanjing, you need to take a nucleic acid test on arrival, and take nucleic acid tests every day in the first 3 days (3 tests in 3 days). If you are coming (returning) to Nanjing from other cities in Jiangsu Province, you need to take a nucleic acid test within 12 hours upon your arrival, and if you stay in Nanjing for less than 3 days, a second nucleic acid test is required. If you stay in Nanjing longer than 3 days, you need to take regular regional nucleic acid test as required. For those with a history of travelling to high-risk areas within 7 days, please report voluntarily, cooperate in the inspection, and comply with closed-loop control measures required.三、来（返）宁，强防护。您在来（返）宁途中，请尽量选择直达交通工具，减少旅途中转，避开高风险地区，全程做好个人防护和健康监测。抵宁后，在健康监测期间，非必要不外出，如确需外出，请避免前往人员密集场所或参加聚集性活动，外出时全程佩戴口罩，避免乘坐公共交通工具，与他人保持一米安全距离。同时，请您密切关注自身及家人健康状况，如出现发热、干咳、乏力等症状，及时到医疗机构发热门诊就医，途中要避免乘坐公共交通工具，做好个人防护。3. For those coming (returning) to Nanjing, please strengthen your personal protection. People coming or returning to Nanjing are advised to take direct routes, avoid high-risk areas, and keep personal protection along the way. During the health monitoring period after arriving in Nanjing, you shall not go out unless necessary. If you do need to go out, please avoid crowded places and do not take part in gathering activities. When going out, you should wear a mask, avoid taking public transport and keep a safe distance of one meter from others. At the same time, please pay close attention to your health and that of your family members. In case of fever, dry cough, fatigue and other symptoms, you should go to the fever clinic of a hospital for medical treatment in a timely manner and avoid taking public transport on the way. 四、来（返）宁，验码行。本轮疫情病毒传染性、隐匿性、逃逸性强，作为自身健康第一责任人，您在顺利度过健康监测期后，请继续保持勤洗手、戴口罩、多通风、少聚集等良好卫生习惯；进入商场、餐厅、酒店等公共场所，通过地铁、公交、出租车（网约车）等公共交通出行时，请规范佩戴口罩、主动出示健康码，并配合做好查验等防控措施。4. For those coming (returning) to Nanjing, please present your health code before entering public places. Since the Omicron strain is highly infectious, insidious and fugitive, you should take the responsibility for yourself and continue to maintain good habits such as washing hands frequently, wearing a mask, frequent ventilation and less gathering even after your health monitoring period ends. Please wear a mask and present your health code when entering such public places as shopping malls, restaurants, hotels, etc. and taking public transport such as subways, buses and taxis (including online car hailing).年末寒假将至，又到大学生离校回宁时。待你们回到南京后，也请遵守当前的各项防疫政策，减少不必要聚集活动，确保自己和家人的健康安全。As winter vacation is approaching, university students studying in other cities are about to go back home.
